They upgraded our room and even gave us a free drink to celebrate our engagement! The hotel itself was visually fine and located in a peaceful area close to the metro. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.
Although the common areas could have been cleaner and the slippers were not available as advertised, these were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow our enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms and interior were super nice, and the staff were helpful. The location was also great, with easy access to the whole city via the nearby metro stations. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Transportation was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. everything was good, and I had a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The location is fantastic, right in the CityLife district and close to a large shopping centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I loved the rooftop pool and bar, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would definitely return.

We stayed in a hotel located in the CityLife district, which was a great location for us as a family. It was close to a large shopping center and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, providing a luxurious experience for our family.
One downside was that the pool area tended to get quite busy, making it difficult to find available beds and chairs. Despite the efforts of the staff, the small size of the pool area made it challenging to accommodate all guests.
